Bookings & Cancellations:

An upfront booking fee payment is required to secure appointments, this goes towards the cost of your service.  The remaining balance is paid at your appointment.  This is non-refundable payment, to reserve the time slot you book.

 

If you want nail art or any design extra's, please add these when booking, as there will be no option to add these on the day of your appointment.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.  If you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel your  booking at short notice, you'll be charged a fee:

• Under 48 hours notice = 50% of services charged

• No Shows (not attend with no contact) = 100% of services charged

​

If you are charged a fee for cancelling, this will need to be paid before any future bookings are offered to you.

Change of Mind:

Please give at least 48 hours notice for any changes.  If you downgrade or cancel any services booked without the required notice, the cost of the original services booked will still apply.
 

No Judgement nail-care:

Everyone is welcome to enjoy a positive, safe & relaxed environment where you, your nails & health is always number one.

 

New client?  We'll spend a little extra time getting to know you & your nails to customise your nail care - please allow an extra 10 - 15 mins for your 1st appointment.

Silent Sessions:

When you're not feeling the small talk, just add this on when booking for a more chilled out, relaxed nail service with none of the chit chat, or bother. We'll just discuss your nails when you come, then just sit back, put your headphones in if you want, and enjoy.

 

Be Kind Always:

To keep the safe and positive vibe, we reserve the right to refuse services to anyone:

• Who is rude, aggressive, intimidating or disrespectful to any staff or clients

• With a nail condition or illness that is contagious, harmful or unsafe

• Frequently cancels appointments, or continuously being late

• Not regularly following the suggested aftercare, causing extra damage to nails.

Safety:

Please note that the studio is always kept clean, safe & disinfected as standard.  Wearing a face mask will be completely your choice however, masks will continue to be worn by staff for protection & safety.  Please come alone to your appointments, with no extra guests or children.  Should you feel at all unwell before your appointment, please reschedule - let's keep everyone safe!

 

Healthy Nails:

Keeping your nails in the best condition is the main goal, it super important to follow the advised aftercare, especially with regular maintenance of your nails. If you have extensions or BIAB, nail maintenance "infills" are needed every 2-3 weeks to avoid lifting, damage, broken or infected nails.

If you go over 5 weeks for your nail maintenance, abosolutely no infill or rebalance services are offered.  You'll need to add on a full removal as extra when booking yourself in for a new full set.

Arrival Time:

Please come no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.  If you are late your service time may be cut short to make sure it fits into your reserved time slot, a late fee may also be charged.  Over 15 minutes is an automatically cancellation and you will need to rebook, with a new booking fee.

Payments:

Payment is due in full at your appointment.  You can pay using Cash, Card and Applepay.

Repairs & Guarantee:

Treatments are guaranteed for the first 7 days after application, as long as you are following the correct aftercare. Repairs outside of this are charged in full.  No refunds are offered for any service carried out however, the unfortunate event that you're unhappy with your service - a free of charge removal can be provided.

Minimum age for treatments:

The minimum age for nail treatments is 14 for Gel Polish services and 16 years for extensions - proof of age and signed parental consent will be required. For eye and brow treatments, a minimum age of 18 applies.
